The following terms and conditions apply to all guests and registered users of elysiumtile.com.
Access and use of this site constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein that
dictate the usage of elysiumtile.com. If you do not agree, please do not access this site.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to add, revise, or remove any part of the terms and conditions without
notice at any time. The changes will be posted on this page, and they will be effective
immediately upon posting. Accessing and further usage of the site’s functionality implies
acceptance of the changes.
Inspection and Acceptance
Any product sold or provided by Elysium Tile shall be considered accepted by the Buyer upon
delivery. Any claims for damage, shortages, or shipping errors must be noted on the original
receiving documents and reported in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.
The Buyer is responsible for inspecting all merchandise prior to installation. If, for any reason,
the material is found to be incorrect or unsuitable for installation, the Buyer must notify
Elysium Tile in writing before installation.
Elysium Tile's liability for any claims is limited to accepting the return of incorrect or
unsuitable products before installation. This is only applicable after the Buyer has notified
Elysium Tile in writing that the product is incorrect or unacceptable, and Elysium Tile has
had the opportunity to inspect the product and conduct an investigation. All original packaging
materials must be retained until the inspection is completed. Following the investigation,
Elysium Tile reserves the right to provide substitute products. If substitutes are to be
supplied, Elysium Tile shall have up to 90 days after completing the investigation to deliver
the replacement.
All claims for incorrect or unsuitable products must be submitted in writing within 30 days
from the shipment date and before installation. Installation of the product is considered
acceptance of the product, and Elysium Tile will not be liable for, nor will it recognize,
claims made after installation begins. This includes claims regarding incorrect products,
incorrect sizes, colors, shades, calibration, packaging, or any discrepancies with previous
shipments. Elysium Tile is not responsible for any issues arising from improper installation.
Trademarks
Company name and logo as well as all product names, designs, and images are trademarks of
Elysium Tiles. All trade names and service marks used in the site are trademarks of Elysium Tiles.
Information Discrepancy
Elysium Tiles is not liable for any typographical errors on the site resulting in incorrect prices,
stock quantity discrepancies, and wrong product information. It is the responsibility of the user
to verify all information with his/her sales representative prior to placing an order. Elysium
Tiles reserves the right to cancel any order placed with incorrect information whether or not the
order has been confirmed.
Privacy Policy
The site collects the following data:

- Personal data provided voluntarily when placing an order including your mailing address, billing address, and credit card information
